Any tips would be helpful.Thanks.
This is Dads favorite bull he was selling and it sold for $9200.
Here is Katelyn and Max drawing the prizes.Katelyn was worried that Gail would know it was hers and Max's job to draw the numbers and give out the prizes.LOL.

Anyone wanting a Beautiful Gentle South Devon Bull let me know and I will put you in contact with Dad.LOL.
This is my favorite tree at Dads farm and I am always taking photos of it.
Well we have just had the weekend down at my Dads farm.To help him and Gail(new lovely wife) to prepare for their annual bull sale.We had a great time as my Nana was there from Hokitika and my brother Dave from Mossburn(Southland). And Gails sister Nancy from Hokitika, who I have know all my life. What a laugh we all had.You how a lot of people have a "at home personality" and a "socializing personality",well I have found I only knew Nancy's "socializing personality" ,Holy Moly funny and the rude jokes.
This is my Nana Dossie,Nancy,Gail and Max and Katelyn in the background. They are waiting for the sale to start.AKA Catering Team!!!We were very busy ladies in the kitchen catering for about 80 people.Max and Katelyn were our tasters.LOL
This is my Dad ,he is just welcoming everyone to Westhams South Devon Sale. And the guy leaning on the stick with the green cap on is Dave my brother.
This Max biding again on the bulls. He wanted one for your lawn.LOL.He kepted saying to me "Clarke(auctioneer) wont look at me Mum".He was getting quite cross with him.LOL

My baby is growing up,and I want her to stop.If anyone knows how I can stop her doing this let me know.
I love her hair being shoulder length.Very cute. And no more tears when doing her hair. That has got to be a good thing. For her and me. We took there's photo's last Thursday,Katelyn,Max and 2 of their friends had a ball in the leaves.
Oh and Max stopped about about twice for me to get a photo of him.

Yesterday Max had PJ PARTY at Kindy and loved it.For some reason the boys had to run around a like crazed little people.Maybe they felt like super hero's in with their dressing gowns.

Max was very tired when I picked him up.

Well I better going and start packing ,we are going to my Dads farm for the weekend ,to help prepare for his annaul bull sale on Monday.Anyone wanting a beautiful South Devon Bull let me know.LOL.

It's always lots of fun.

Have a great weekend everyone!!

This is the photo that didn't work in the post from this morning.I don't know why that happens,I did pick the big size so maybe that was it.It was there when I checked it.Who knows.Fingers crossed.
Sam's Garden:Here is my Mum(Denise) and Tony busy planting special trees for Sam yesterday.Lots of family and friends have brought trees and rose bushes for us to plant for Sam.

It warms my heart how kind people are to think of this.Thank-you everyone,so much. This garden is going to be a very special place for us to go and think of Sam.

Three days after Sam was born,my Dad and Gail took Katelyn and Max to town shopping and Dad wanted to buy a tree in memory of Sam.And he asked Katelyn and Max what type of tree they should get.
Katelyn said "A Orange tree as every time we pick a orange we can think of the juice being LOVE from Sam."
Well that just blow Dad and Gail away.More tears for Dad and Gail.

And more tear when they arrived home with the orange tree and told us the story.

It just shows you how much children's little minds are thinking all the time.I love our children so much.Katelyn,Max and Sam.XXX

We are going to finish the garden later today,so I will take a photo of the garden completed later and blog it.

Our Baby Sam is being acknowledged!!

Yesterday I received a letter from The Department of Internal Affairs asking us to register Sam's birth.I was so happy to receive this as we were told at the hospital stillborn babies needed to be 23 weeks to be registered and we lost our Darling Sam at 20 weeks.

When we left ed the hospital I felt so strange, because I had no id band removed(because I didn't have one on). There was no paper work for us.I felt our little darling didn't matter and we were being let out the back door quietly.Surely we should have some paper work to take to the funeral home? This didn't make alot of sense to us.

And we may be able to get a birth certificate.

Today we finally got to plant our native tree's that we wanted to do March last year but problems with neighbour prevented it happening.I won't get into that. This is me planting my first tree for the day.And it did rain alot and we just had to keep going as our lawn is going down on Tuesday.
Here is the 82 we got in today ,so we are half way.I felt great after planting them all!!Doing something for the future.
Look at this cool rainbow over our house, the colour isn't that good here, it was really vivd.
So we have had a great day and I didn't realize how much our children knew about natives. They must listen to me some of the time.
They loved planting their special trees and naming them.FUN.

ANZAC DAY..........Lest We Forget!!!

I think of my Grandad Gordie as I miss him alot and I am very proud of him too.
Gordie never talked to me about the war(he was in the Islands) ,my Dad says he had alot of bad memories
and didn't want to talk about.

So it made me very proud to see Katelyn marching this morning with her Brownie group.

And I could see how proud she was of herself.

We made some Anzac biscuits when we got home, yummy.

Now I better go help with some painting.

Playgroup's Mini Sport's Day!!!
Yesterday we had a great day with our playgroup.

We had a picnic lunch, walnut and spoon race, cuddle race
(this was very funny),lion races(ask Max what they are),
backwards races, tug of war(which the thick rope broke
as soon as the Kids put any pressure on it.

Aaron thought he was very strong as it broke in his hands.
He was very happy!!LOL

It was very windy and the kids had to keep chasing balls
and picnic rugs that took off in the wind.

Both teams had a win.And lots of laugh's and a couple of injuries.
Nothing to major,thank goodness.Lots of laugh's.

I am not sure why we can't see the photo's,I will try to republish the post.

Janine has asked me Five Questions.

I will take the time now to explain that this is a game, of sorts. So if you would like to play, follow these instructions:

1. Leave me a comment saying, “Interview me.”
2. I will respond by emailing you 5 questions. I get to pick the questions.
3. You will update your blog with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.

So here are the questions Janine asked me:

Lol way too easy!!!Okay here are ya five questions:

You gotta answer them:

1. How did you get the nick name Loo Loo from Ann and Janine?

Well the first time I stayed with Janine was also the first time I meet Ann.After talking all night with Ann,around 4.30am I might say.I got up to go to the Little Girls room quietly. When I had finished I went to unlock the door and it wouldn't open. After about 5 minutes of trying to get out I started to panic. So called to as Ann as our room was quite close.ONCE Ann woke, she come to the rescue ...NOT!!!!
All she could do was laugh.Great help. She was helpful in one way as she went and woke Janine so she could come and laugh at me too.LOVELY SISTERS HEY.Janine said it's OK I'll get Mike.Great someone else to laugh at me.He arrives and says "Don't worry I'll get the AXE".Well I nearly needed the toilet again hearing that.Funny just after hearing that I managed to open the door.I still don't know how I got it unlocked.

So then my mean sisters made a nasty nickname up for me didn't they!!!

2. If you could have one super power what would it be?

To stop human suffering in many way such as cancer,no food and water, nasty diseases and so on.

3. What childhood story does your family still tease you about?Oh you think I am going to give you more information to laugh at me.OK.

One Saturday afternoon there was another game of rugby on TV.So I decide I was off for a ride around the farm on the motorbike. This was all great until I came back to the house and my younger brother Dave caught my eye by waving madly at me from the lounge window.Only problem with that was Dad had parked the Tractor and trailer on the road right outside the house and I didn't see it as I was busy Goofing off with Dave.Crash!!!!!!!!Boy I got a shook. And I have near seen my whole family exit the lounge when rugby has been on before and I don't think I will again.I was OK,apart from my pride. The bikes head light was smashed.

4. Sweet or savoury tooth?Sweet tooth and that probably why I have to have my teeth checked next week.

5. What is one thing friends and family associate Lynda with?? E.g. good cook? Organised? Reliable, you get the drift???

Boy this isn't easy.Umm.Talk to much.I would hope it would be that I am Caring and Thoughtful.

Ok Miss Tinks I hope you are happy with my answers.See you tomorrow.

Our family life was very exciting at the start of 2007 .Tony and I had some very exciting news to tell our children. So we told them we were going to be having a baby in August. There little eyes were so beautiful and all the exciting words they had to say about their Baby arriving were awesome to hear.
Tony and I loved our children's reactions.Max was excited to hopefully get a brother and not to be the baby of the family anymore.Katelyn hoped for a sister and wondered where baby would sleep.

So we had lots of questions to answer and lots of plans to make.Lots of fun.

Then come the NT scan at 12 weeks as I had just turned 35.And we were very excited to see our little person moving and dance about.

Then a few days later Bec(midwife) rang to say they were abit concerned about the results and wanted to do some tests.Oh my (our) world started to crumble.

My thoughts were right lets get theses tests done now,but no we had to wait.I hate waiting!!
1 week to see the specialist, then another 3 weeks to have the tests. Then the day of the test come.I could hardly breath.
Then he said there wasn't enough fluid, lets do this next week.I nearly exploded. That meant another 3 weeks until we got some results. And we were going to be in the South Island for Dads wedding. We got to go to the wedding but had to come home 3 days early.

We got back and had the test.We were told results would be back in 2 weeks.

Katelyn and Max were begining to notice we were going to the doctors alot and were starting to ask questions.

The doctor rang me 5 days later with very confusing information. We didn't know if it was good or bad news.He wanted us to go for more tests in 8 days time.Oh and your baby is a little BOY.More reason to bond with with Our Little Boy.

More waiting and no sleeping and more questions from friends and family.

Our results in Wellington were our worst nightmare.

Our Baby Sam was Stillborn on 21 March 2007.
We love you so much Sam.

Life is so harsh.

Why Sam?Why us?Why anyone?

Rest in Peace my Sweet Little Man.
